Refund / Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation
You can cancel PARLAI Plus anytime through the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
2. Refunds
There are no prorated refunds by default. Refunds are handled case by case at our discretion.
3. Auto-renewal
PARLAI Plus renews automatically each month until you cancel.
4. EU / UK cooling-off
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of starting a subscription. Because PARLAI Plus gives you immediate digital access, by subscribing you ask for that access to begin right away and acknowledge that this 14-day right may be reduced or lost once the service has been provided.
Where the cooling-off right applies and you cancel within the 14 days, we will refund your subscription fee, less a proportionate amount for any access already provided. To exercise this right, contact playparlai@gmail.com.
