1. Acceptance

By accessing or using PARLAI, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live) to use PARLAI. PARLAI is informational entertainment, not betting advice.

3. The service

PARLAI generates informational, market-anchored parlay suggestions for entertainment. It is not betting advice and guarantees no outcome.

4. Subscriptions and billing

PARLAI Plus is an optional subscription, currently $9.99 per month, that raises your generation allowance. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through the Stripe customer portal. Access continues until the end of the paid period.

5. Cancellation and refunds

See the Refund / Cancellation Policy. There are no prorated refunds by default; refunds are handled case by case at our discretion.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. PARLAI does not guarantee any outcome and is not betting advice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PARLAI and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
